The stay was delightful, especially with the welcoming nature of the staff. The hotel is just a short walk from the ski slopes, which makes early mornings for skiing much easier! I particularly appreciated the well-maintained room and the cozy ambiance. Susanna was exceptionally helpful with recommendations and arrangements, making our trip even better.

Spacious room with a balcony that offers a nice view. The boot room setup is efficient, making it easy to grab gear quickly before hitting the slopes.
The shower head holder was broken, requiring you to hold it during your shower. Breakfast, while sufficient, could use more variety, as it felt a bit basic after a few days.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, ski storage, a bar/lounge area, and tv. The staff even helped me with the best local taxi tip. I’ll be back for Christmas!

the showerhead holder was broken, how lovely. the supposed 'daily' breakfast was so poor I'd have preferred a muffin basket. honestly could’ve given a good review if I had been greeted with a complimentary upgrade or a simple gesture for my troubles but alas, nothing. would have loved to feel like a valued guest.

Exceptional hospitality and cozy atmosphere
My stay was absolutely delightful thanks to Susanna's incredible hospitality. She went out of her way to help with restaurant reservations and provided insightful local tips. The room was spacious, clean, and included a lovely balcony with stunning mountain views. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast featuring delicious coffee and fresh pastries. One small area for improvement could be the showerhead holder, as it was broken during my stay.
